A.S.M. Rahat was born and raised in Ganipur village, under Daganbhuiyan Thana, Feni District. During his time at Feni Polytechnic Institute, he began his journey as a writer, contributing to literary magazines, joint story collections, and social media. He completed higher education in Automobile Engineering at Lovely Professional University in India. Currently, he is busy working on translations and original novels. He has a profound attraction to writing that reflects the essence of life and wishes to keep writing as long as he lives. His first translated book, "How to Talk to Anyone," published by Darikoma Prokashoni, gained significant reader appreciation and made it to the publisher's bestseller list. His second book and first original novel, "Bishadnama," was published by Darikoma Prokashoni at the 2022 Book Fair. Additionally, several of his translations and original novels are awaiting publication in print.
