Md. Motiur Rahman was born in 1989 in Jhargram, Bagmara Upazila, Rajshahi District. He spent his childhood in the same village. He pursued his education at the University of Rajshahi, earning both bachelor's and master's degrees in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. After completing his studies, he began his professional career on January 1, 2015, as a Scientific Officer at Z. H. Sikder Cardiac Care and Research Center. Shortly afterward, he joined Islami Bank Hospital as a Biochemist. In March 2016, he assumed the role of Biochemist and Lab In-charge at Ibn Sina Hospital Sylhet Limited. Currently, Md. Motiur Rahman is serving in the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate under the National Board of Revenue (NBR). In recognition of his contributions as an author, he received the Best Seller Author Award at the Nagad-Rokomari Book Fair in 2022.
